Wialdruth of Toulouse was born circa 793 at Orleans, Loiret, Orleanais/Centre, France. She was the daughter of William I Count of Toulouse , Saint and Gilbour of Hornbach.

Aelis (Adelaide) of Alsace & Tours married Robert 'FortisThe Strong' Duke of France, son of Rutpert III Count of Wormgau and Wialdruth of Toulouse, circa 864.¹ Aelis (Adelaide) of Alsace & Tours died circa 886.¹

     Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor was born circa 876 at Saxony, Germany.¹ He was the son of Otto 'the Illustrious' Duke of Saxony and Hadwig von Babenberg. Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor married Mathilda of Ringleheim, daughter of Theodoric I Count of Ringleheim and Ludmilla (Ragnhildis) von Friesland, in 909.² Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor died on 2 July 936 at Membleben, Saxony, Germany.¹
     He was Ruled between 919 and 936.

     Otto 'the Illustrious' Duke of Saxony married Hadwig von Babenberg, daughter of Heinrich von Babenberg , Margrave in Friesland and Judith (Ingeltrude) of Friuli.⁴ Otto 'the Illustrious' Duke of Saxony was born circa 836 at Saxony, Germany.¹ He was the son of Ludolph Duke of Saxony and Oda Billung. Otto 'the Illustrious' Duke of Saxony married an unknown person after 876. He died on 30 November 912.¹

(illeg.) of Arnulf, King of Germany, Emperor c863-99, & Odaof Bavaria; Arnulf was son of Carolman, King of Bavaria (c828-80) &Litwinde; Carloman was son of Louis II 'the German', King of the EastFranks (c805-76) and Emma of Bavaria. Louis was son of Louis I 'theFair'. See Brandenburg for Arnulf's ancestry, however, Brandenburg showsno such daughter for Arnulf. Isenburg shows Hedwig as daughter of Henri,Comte de la Marche. Moriarty says Hedwig d. 24 Dec 903, does notidentify parents.)

Otto may NOT have married both wives, as they appear to be two differentalternative wives with different ancestry. But I followed the Hadwig vonBabenberg line from Bernd Josef Jansen, World Connect db=bernd-jansen, soI am making her the 1st wife, and Hedwig of Germany as the 2nd wife.

Note: Peter Stewart, in criticizing the accuracy of Stuart's 'Royal forCommoners' points out that RFC names him Otto of Erlauchten (as if it isa place), whereas his name is Otto I 'der Erlauchte' (German for'Illustrious').

     Ludolph Duke of Saxony was born circa 816 at Saxony, Germany.¹ He was the son of Bruno Duke of East Saxony and Oda (?) Ludolph Duke of Saxony married Oda Billung, daughter of Billung of Saxony and Aeda of Franks, circa 835. Ludolph Duke of Saxony died between 12 March 865 and 866.²

     Bruno Duke of East Saxony was born circa 791 at Saxony, Germany. He was the son of Wigbert Duke of Saxony and Ordrad (?) Bruno Duke of East Saxony died in 843 at Saxony, Germany.¹

     Berenger of Friuli was born circa 755 at Friuli, Italy.

     Mathilda of Ringleheim was born circa 890 at Ringleheim, Goslar, Hannover, Germany.² She was the daughter of Theodoric I Count of Ringleheim and Ludmilla (Ragnhildis) von Friesland. Mathilda of Ringleheim married Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor, son of Otto 'the Illustrious' Duke of Saxony and Hadwig von Babenberg, in 909.² Mathilda of Ringleheim died between 14 March 967 and 968 at Membleben, Saxony, Germany.²

     Theodoric I Count of Ringleheim was born in 853 at Ringleheim, Goslar, Hannover, Germany. He was the son of Immed Count of Saxony and Mathilda of Saxony. Theodoric I Count of Ringleheim died between 8 February 916 and 917.¹

     Ludmilla (Ragnhildis) von Friesland was born circa 863 at Friesland, Niedersachsen, Germany. She was the daughter of Godefrid King of Haithabu & Rustringen and Maud (Matilda) (?) Ludmilla (Ragnhildis) von Friesland died in 917.¹
     She Alan Wilson stated that Ludmilla was a daughter of Godefrid by Gisela ofLorraine, but I believe that she was daughter by his 1st wife Matilda.

     Hugues III Count of Upper Alsace was born in 765 at Upper, Alsace, France. He was the son of Luitfride II Count of Upper Alsace and Hiltrude (?) Hugues III Count of Upper Alsace died circa 839 at Tours, Indre-et-Loire, Touraine/Centre, France.¹

     Luitfride II Count of Upper Alsace was born in 740 at Alsace, Lorraine, France. He was the son of Luitfride I Duke of Alsace and Edith (?) Luitfride II Count of Upper Alsace married Hiltrude (?) in 764. Luitfride II Count of Upper Alsace died in 780.¹

     Luitfride I Duke of Alsace was born circa 707 at Alsace, Lorraine, France. He was the son of Adalbert I Duke of Alsace and Gerlinde de Aquitaine. Luitfride I Duke of Alsace died circa 750.¹

     Adalbert I Duke of Alsace was born circa 675 at Alsace, Lorraine, France. He was the son of Adalric (EthicEticho) I Duke of Alsace and Berswinde of France. Adalbert I Duke of Alsace died in 720 at France.¹

     Bava (Ava) (?) was born circa 779 at Tours, Indre-et-Loire, Touraine/Centre, France. She died in 860.

     Hugh Magnus , Count of Paris Duke of France was buried at St Denis Abbey, Ile-de-France, France. He was born circa 895 at Paris, Seine, Ile-de-France, France.² He was the son of Robert I King of France and Beatrix de Vermandois. Hugh Magnus , Count of Paris Duke of France married Hedwige of Saxony, daughter of Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor and Mathilda of Ringleheim, before 14 September 938 at Mainz (or Ingleheim), Hesse/Rhein-Hessen, Germany.² Hugh Magnus , Count of Paris Duke of France died on 16 June 956 at Deurdan, France.^1,2,3

     Hedwige of Saxony died AFT 14 MAR 964/65 at Aix-La-Chapelle, France.¹ She was born in 910 at Saxony, Germany. She was the daughter of Henry I 'The Fowler' Saxony Holy Roman Emperor and Mathilda of Ringleheim. Hedwige of Saxony married Hugh Magnus , Count of Paris Duke of France, son of Robert I King of France and Beatrix de Vermandois, before 14 September 938 at Mainz (or Ingleheim), Hesse/Rhein-Hessen, Germany.¹

     Gerard de Roussillon , Count of Paris was born circa 800 at Roussillon, Isère, Rhône-Alpes, France. He was the son of Lisiard de Fezensac. Gerard de Roussillon , Count of Paris died in 877.

     Thierry (Theodoric) Count of Autun married Auda (Aldane) Martel, daughter of Charles Martel , Mayor of The Palace of Austrasia and Rotrou of Treves. Thierry (Theodoric) Count of Autun was born circa 720 at Autun, Saone-et-Loire, Bourgogne, France. He was the son of Childebrand I Lord of Perracy and Rolande de Autun of Toulouse. Thierry (Theodoric) Count of Autun died before 805 at Toulouse, Haute-Garonne, Midi-Pyrenees, France.¹

     Auda (Aldane) Martel married Thierry (Theodoric) Count of Autun, son of Childebrand I Lord of Perracy and Rolande de Autun of Toulouse.
