Elsie Forbes1

F, b. between 1825 and 1830, d. 22 March 1893
Elsie Forbes was born between 1825 and 1830; Three possibilities for the identity of this unknown female in the 1830 census: 1) Elsie Forbes, b. ca 1827 who married Irving Van Horn in Tyre.
2) Rosannah Kittle that Henry lived with in the 1860 census, but a search of the 1850 censuses for any Rosannahs does not yield any support for this. Most likely this is Rosanna Bishop, most likely a neice of Nancy Bishop Decker.
3) Rachael Forbes, 19, married to James M. Lecht, 22, in Galen Jun. 21, 1847. This couple (sp. Leek) are next door to Tobias, so this Rachael is most likely a daughter of Tobias, not Henry.2 She was the daughter of Henry Forbes and Susan Decker.3 Elsie Forbes was born circa 1827 at New York, USA.1 She married John Van Horne before 1847.1 Elsie Forbes died on 22 March 1893 at Tyre, Seneca, New York, USA.1
