She was a lifelong member of Holy Family Church, and formerly Our Lady Lourdes, Venice, Fla., until returning to Auburn six years ago. Her husband Edward Shaw predeceased her in 1993.

    Surviving are their children, Timothy E. Shaw, of New York, N.Y., Ann M. Metzler and William C., of Auburn; granddaughter, Bridget Metzler and husband Dr. Robert Egbers, of Ann Arbor, Mich.; brother, Robert J. Belknap and Betty, of Auburn; nieces, Gail (Joe) Sullivan, of Skaneateles, Elaine Harter, of Auburn, Carol Genecco (Dave), of Canandaigua, Janet Heliniski (Ed), of Auburn; great-nieces, Meg (Jason) Strocko, of Rochester, Courtney and Kelsey Helinski, of Auburn; and an aunt, Addie Coggens, of Skaneateles.

    A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 8, in Holy Family Church. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph’s Mausoleum. A calling hour will be held 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. in Holy Family Church prior to the funeral Mass.

    The omission of flowers is requested with memorials to either the Finger Lakes SPCA or Holy Family Church.

    Arrangements are with Farrell’s Funeral Service, Inc., 84 South St., Auburn.
